Guidance for carriers

We are winding down new business in an orderly manner.
There is no insolvency.

The termination of your contract is not related to you personally or to your submission behaviour.

All payouts from receivables already purchased will be made on time and in accordance with the contract.

  • Last review and purchase of new receivables: Monday, 27 October 2025
  • End of the factoring contract: Sunday, 30 November 2025
  • Starting Tuesday, 28 October 2025, the option to submit documents in the JITpay portal will be deactivated.
    • All customers will still be able to log in and view and download their submitted documents.

Please note:

  • Receivables already sold must continue to be paid to JITpay.

  • Non-purchased receivables (NAF) will continue to be forwarded to you as the customer free of charge as soon as your client’s payment is received by JITpay.

  • Do not contact your clients to arrange direct payments.

    • If you accidentally receive payments that should go to JITpay, please forward them to JITpay immediately.

Do you have any questions about your recently submitted invoices or statements?

Please contact us proactively at support@jitpay.eu.
We will be happy to assist you — however, please note that response times may currently be longer than usual.

Guidance for clients (Debtors)

Nothing changes for clients in terms of the usual payment process:

  • A receivable sold to JITpay can only be settled with debt-discharging effect by making payment to JITpay.

  • Direct payments to your contractor (creditor/transport company) do not discharge the debt.
In such cases, JITpay remains the rightful holder of the receivable and will enforce the claim.

  • Please continue to use the familiar JITpay payment channels and references as usual.

  • The orderly wind-down affects only new business – there is no insolvency.

FAQ

JITpayâ„¢ is therefore winding down its new business in a planned and orderly manner in order to properly conclude existing customer relationships.

This is explicitly not an insolvency, nor a continuation under a new name or within another corporate structure, but rather a controlled winding-up of the company.

All existing contracts will remain in effect until November 30, 2025.
Receivables that have already been purchased, as well as the corresponding payouts, will not be affected by this and will continue to be processed as agreed.

No. The last purchase date is 27 October 2025. After that, no new receivables will be purchased.

Yes. All payouts will continue to be made on time and in accordance with the contract.

Amounts from non-purchased receivables (NAF) will also be forwarded to you free of charge as soon as your client’s payment is received by JITpay™.

Please immediately forward/remit the payment to your JITpayâ„¢ customer account, as only payments made to JITpayâ„¢ have debt-discharging effect.

Please make payments exclusively to the JITpayâ„¢ account number listed on the assigned invoice, including the payment reference, and use the known payment channels.
Only payments made in this way will be recorded as debt-discharging.

Such a payment does not discharge the debt.
JITpay™ remains the rightful holder of the receivable and will continue to enforce the claim — both against the client and the contractor.

We deeply regret that we can no longer guarantee any further collaboration.
