How did JITpay™ get started?
From the industry for the industry: Many team colleagues can look back on several years of experience in the logistics sector. This includes the far-reaching changes and consequences resulting from low margins, long payment terms and tight schedules in the transport company sector.
The idea of creating a financial service specifically for the transport industry therefore arose from countless discussions with industry experts.
The most important thing was to meet the needs of transport companies.
On the one hand, truck drivers should be paid quickly, simply and easily as soon as their transport order has been completed.
On the other hand, clients should be offered flexible payment terms, especially when working with their subcontractors.
As a result, the JITpay™ Group was founded in 2016. The name JITpay™ stands for Just-In-Time-pay.
Through an independent factoring company, we have developed into a comprehensive billing and financial services provider for the logistics industry. A key component of this is the digitalisation of logistics-related payment and invoicing processes. The focus here is on the transparent, fast payment of submitted transport invoices.
Since 2024, JITpay™ Financial GmbH is a fully owned subsidiary of the BRAWO Group. Together with this strong partner,we focus on the expansion of standardised digital financial service processes in logistics for the European market.
The headquarters of JITpay™ Financial GmbH is in Braunschweig (GER). Furthermore, there are branch offices in Spain (ES) and Poland (PL).

We want to help make trucking great again! The attractiveness of the industry has suffered greatly in recent years – not least because of the high financial pressure and risk. But we all know how important the transport industry is for society: without professional drivers, the shelves in the supermarkets and the petrol pumps at the filling stations will remain empty. Who wants that? We at JITpay™ certainly don’t!
That’s why we aim to create new financial opportunities for transport companies and freight forwarders throughout Europe with our logistics factoring.
We see this as our contribution to stabilising the market and maintaining important supply chains in the long term.

As an ambitious, young factoring company, we do not close our eyes to the challenges in the transport industry. Fair and fast payment of carriers is our top priority. After all, running costs have to be paid and the goods have to be delivered.
This is why we offer truck drivers and forwarders in Europe a simple, transparent factoring solution. Fully digitalised, it can be used flexibly along the route so that every operator can keep an eye on and regulate their cash flow at all times.
Our turbo engine on every transport route: Together with strong network partners, we offer an all-round service for transport companies – and are constantly optimising it. In addition to our factoring service, we provide professional drivers e.g. with a connection to well-known freight exchanges.
Our goal: a simple, digital factoring solution including helpful additional services to ensure an optimised cash flow for the transport industry.
