Your responsibilities
Communicating with new and existing customers via phone, email and chat
Ensuring high-quality relationships and smooth collaboration with our customers and internal departments
Checking incoming documents for errors and inconsistencies
Handling internal and external inquiries related to invoicing and billing via our Zendesk ticket platform
Providing sales-oriented telephone consultations to customers about our products and services, helping to increase awareness
Supporting us on a technical, content-related and operational level
Working closely with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
Your Profile
A background in a customer-oriented field (apprenticeship/training) is desirable
First experience in customer service is preferred, career changers are welcome
Ideally, initial experience in sales, pre-sales, or upselling
Confident handling of common MS Office applications and willingness to learn customer support software
Enjoys structured and independent work
Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
Fluent communication skills in German and English
