Your responsibilities

 

  • Communicating with new and existing customers via phone, email and chat

  • Ensuring high-quality relationships and smooth collaboration with our customers and internal departments

  • Checking incoming documents for errors and inconsistencies

  • Handling internal and external inquiries related to invoicing and billing via our Zendesk ticket platform

  • Providing sales-oriented telephone consultations to customers about our products and services, helping to increase awareness

  • Supporting us on a technical, content-related and operational level

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction

 

Your Profile

 

  • A background in a customer-oriented field (apprenticeship/training) is desirable

  • First experience in customer service is preferred, career changers are welcome

  • Ideally, initial experience in sales, pre-sales, or upselling

  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications and willingness to learn customer support software

  • Enjoys structured and independent work

  • Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor

  • Fluent communication skills in German and English

  • Developing and designing campaign strategies together with the sales management team
  • Operational implementation of defined sales measures (e.g., mailings, call campaigns) in Germany and internationally
  • Tracking and monitoring the success of implemented measures in collaboration with the controlling team
  • Reporting on measures and their success to the sales management team
  • Preparing customer data for campaigns (clustering, target customers, etc.)
  • Maintaining customer data in the CRM system
  • Continuously expanding and enriching customer data in the CRM system, as well as defining target groups
  • Supporting the development of the sales strategy
  • Conducting market analysis and customer surveys in coordination with the sales management team
  • Attending trade fairs and events together with the sales management team

Your Profile

  • Completed training or a degree with a focus on sales or marketing

  • Posting all ongoing business transactions (bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts, including fixed assets), as well as maintaining and reconciling accounts
  • Processing payroll accounting and travel expense reimbursements
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Reviewing invoices and ensuring timely payment transactions
  • Monitoring and reconciling outstanding items
  • Creating manual invoices
  • Maintaining and overseeing fixed assets accounting
  • Ensuring quality control for sub-ledger accounting (factoring)

 

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or equivalent training (experience in financial accounting preferred)

  • Creating an open items list and sending it to customers/debtors
  • Monitoring incoming payments from debtors
  • Carrying out dunning processes according to internal guidelines
  • Acting as the main contact person for customers/debtors regarding assigned receivables, resolving inquiries and issues
  • Supporting and assisting factoring customers
  • Maintaining debtor master data in the accounting system, as well as generating and updating reports and statistics
  • Booking financial transactions related to factoring (credit note reimbursements, payments, direct payments, payment issues, and refunds)
  • Collaborating with other departments and coordinating with external debtors/customers
  • Monitoring and resolving ZenDesk tickets while driving continuous process improvements
  • Reporting and tracking collection cases, as well as monitoring customer account balances
  • Ensuring correct and timely posting of documents

 

Your Profile

  • Confident use of MS Office applications and willingness to learn factoring software
  • Enjoys structured and independent work

  • Performing simple support tasks, such as researching master data online and resending dunning letters by mail
  • Resolving simple debtor inquiries (tickets), e.g., sending requested documents stored in our system
  • Monitoring and resolving ZenDesk tickets
  • Maintaining debtor master data within the accounting system

 

Your Profile
