accounting clerk for logistics services

Your responsibilities:

  • Control of incoming invoices
  • Preparation of outgoing invoices, transport invoices and credit notes
  • Processing of invoice complaints
  • Inquiry of creditworthiness at different credit agencies
  • Checking of billing-relevant documents for completeness and plausibility
  • Preparation of statistics and evaluations
  • Master data maintenance (debtors)


What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial professional training – ideally as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services
  • Very good MS-Office user skills – especially Excel
  • Very good German and good English skills, Polish skills desirable
  • Good understanding of numbers and a high affinity for IT
  • Structured and problem-solving approach together with a high customer and service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, initiative and resilience
