JITpay is a rapidly growing payment service provider specializing in the logistics industry. Founded in 2016, the JITpay™ Group digitises the billing and payment processes in logistics. The company currently employs almost 100 people at locations in Braunschweig, Wroclaw, Basel and Bucharest. 

ICT Services, a motivated team within the Digital Unit of the JITpay Group, advises and supports the business departments, defines the enterprise architecture, takes ownership of the ICT services used and ensures the operational operation of the applications. To expand our team we are looking for a:

Business Application & Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) 

The topic:

That’s how you take responsibility and control You the corresponding operational processes (Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management) and coordinate the work internal key people and our application and infrastructure providers. Your tasks:

  • 360° support of the business applications for factoring, financial accounting and risk management (mainly MS Dynamics – based applications) as well as their further development and support  
  • Incident and Problem Management: Analysis, assessment and resolution of software errors and malfunctions in close cooperation with the business departments, your ICT colleagues and the system providers (application, infrastructure) 
  • Change Management: Recording and evaluation of requirements from the business for the further development of business applications. Rolling management of the change portfolio (proposal to management for budget approval, independent and self-initiated implementation) 
  • Continuous documentation of the applications and their interfaces to surrounding systems 
  • Service Desk: Assigning authorizations, 1st level support as well as advising and supporting users in the areas of application and process handling. 
  • Service, partner, relationship and contract management (especially with the external system provider and 2nd level support) 
  • Ensure data protection, cybersecurity and other legal requirements for the system in collaboration with the CISO and the Data Protection Officer. 
  • Participation in innovation projects with the aim of simplifying processes 


What you bring to the table:

  • You are an ICT generalist with proven training/further education in computer science or business informatics 
  • You have experience in application management and service delivery, preferably from a financial environment 
  • You have experience with MS Dynamics 
  • You bring proven service, partner and contract management skills to the table 
  • Preferably you also have good knowledge of enterprise architectures 
  • You are a service-oriented, team player and independent personality 
  • You have a quick grasp and a high willingness to learn, as well as high flexibility and initiative 
  • You have a good sense for solutions and further developments and a distinct ability for abstraction 
  • You are forward-thinking and proactive in your actions as well as assertive and able to make decisions 
  • You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken
