we are looking for a

Call Service Agent in Customer Support (m/f/d) with Polish language skills

Your tasks:

  • You are the first contact person for our new and existing customers
  • You receive customer inquiries by telephone and in writing, analyze them and take care of the solutions alone or together with the responsible department to find solutions
  • You are responsible for processing support tickets
  • Within the framework of our expansion, you will provide our Polish customers with support and provide assistance in communication to the responsible departments

Your profile:

  • You have experience in telephone and written customer support (call center or comparable services)
  • You like to talk on the phone a lot and handle demanding customer issues in a professional manner
  • Your appearance is friendly and customer-oriented with the ability to mediate between company and customer interests
  • Good verbal skills together with a smile in your voice reflect your interest and pleasure in dealing with customers
  • It is easy for you to familiarize yourself with new work processes, you are well-organized and have a good command with the common MS-Office applications
  • Fluent written and spoken German and Polish; other foreign languages are an advantage
