JITpay is a rapidly growing payment service provider specializing in the logistics industry. Founded in 2016, the JITpay™ Group digitises the billing and payment processes in logistics. Almost 100 employees are currently employed at locations in Braunschweig, Wroclaw, Basel and Bucharest.

ICT Services, a motivated team within the Digital Unit of the JITpay Group, advises and supports the business departments, defines the enterprise architecture, takes ownership of the ICT services used and ensures the operational operation of the applications. You can expect a challenging and varied job that is trend-setting for JITpay.

To expand our team we are looking for a:

Enterprise Architect & IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • As an Enterprise Architect, you oversee the entire IT architecture and application portfolio of the JITpay Group
  • In collaboration with the business, you define the target architecture that enables the strategic ambitions of the JITpay Group
  • You take requirements from the business departments, derive IT requirements from them and define the deployment of applications and their interaction with existing systems
  • Together with the business, you conduct structured evaluations of new applications
  • You lead implementation projects on the IT side and involve the representatives of the departments appropriately

What you bring to the table:

  • Education and training in computer science or business informatics (B.Sc.)
  • Several years of experience as an enterprise architect, IT architect, IT consultant, IT project manager or in another IT function with a strategic background
  • You preferably bring experience in strongly growing companies in a dynamic environment
  • Very good understanding of a business environment with proven experience supporting Finance, Marketing & Sales, Logistics functional areas as well as corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) from an IT perspective.
  • Very good understanding of enterprise platforms (MS Dynamics) and cloud (IaaS/Saas).
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, combined with the ability to work with others to achieve results
  • Filled methodological rucksack (classic as well as agile methods)
  • Ability to communicate adaptively with IT and business professionals as well as senior management
  • Curiosity, creativity and willingness to embrace new ideas, technologies and methods
  • Fluent in German and English, multilingual preferred
