IT/Customer-Help Desk (f/m/d)

Job description:
After a comprehensive induction, you will support our customers together with the team in particular with problems related to our portal and our app.

Your tasks:

  • You support us in call acceptance and error analysis, as well as the elimination of errors and faults
  • You talk with the customer to find the solutions of the problem and fix it
  • In difficult situations you connect to our systems with remote tools
  • In the technical environment you need knowledge about web browsers, Java Script, SQL servers, error analysis and in particular with our applications such as web portal or software on mobile devices
  • You document core facts in the ticket system and support the continuous quality improvement process

Your profile:

  • An IT education such as IT specialist for system integration or practical experience in IT support / service desk
  • An independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working as well as quick comprehension and perseverance
  • Level-headedness even in tricky situations and a strong service orientation
  • Good communication skills with a secure knowledge of German
  • You have very good German and good English skills
  • Knowledge of Polish language is an advantage
