Team assistenz in customer support (m/f/d) with Polish language skills

Your responsibilities:

  • interface between the sales team and the finance department (internal communication)
  • sifting and pre-qualification of customer information in the initiation phase
  • ongoing responsibility for completeness and updating of customer data
  • supporting the sales staff with business management issues
  • communication with new and existing customers and within the scope of our expansion, also with our partners in Poland
  • perspective expert role regarding our services within the sales team

 

What you bring with you:

  • completed commercial training or adequate several years of professional experience in the commercial field
  • confident handling of the common MS-Office applications
  • enjoy structured and independent work
  • pleasant, customer-oriented appearance with the ability to mediate between company and customer interests
  • fluent written and spoken German and Polish as well as good English skills
