JITpay™ digitizes and bundles the billing processes in logistics. Within the framework of central accounting (ZAL®), JITpay™ takes over the accounting of all logistics costs for the carriers and logistics service providers and summarizes them in only one invoice, e.g. monthly.

The central accounting combines JITpay™ with (reverse) factoring, which enables immediate payment of the carriers as well as flexible payment terms for the forwarder. This gives the forwarder access to much more transport capacity and, via JITpay™, allows him to credit and pay his carriers in a fully transparent and performance-based manner.

With ZAL®, JITpay™ takes over your billing with the transport companies used. Regardless of whether you have fixed partners or purchase transport capacities on the spot market, JITpay™ billing can be integrated flexibly and easily into your processes. For example, as a fully automated solution directly in your TMS system or as an additional application.

The heart of ZAL® is the so-called “Billing-Funnel”. This enables the forwarder to credit the contractor for transport services at short intervals, but only receive a bundled monthly invoice from JITpay™. The side effect of this is that all transport-relevant information is bundled by JITpay™ and reported back to the TMS.

The billing of transport services via ZAL® is fully digital and thus automated. The agreed tariff and the digital order and delivery information form the basis for billing.

Orders to the transport companies can be transferred from the TMS to the JITpay™ system or created directly in the JITpay™ system. Once the transport company has provided its services, JITpay™ automatically generates the invoice, taking into account the services actually provided, such as tour stops or load km. This eliminates the often lengthy process of checking invoices, creating credit notes and clarifying differences, since the invoice is created “without objections”, taking into account the actual performance data.

The invoices to the transport companies can be made immediately or periodically.

JITfleet generates a delivery receipt, based on which JITinvoice generates the invoice. You can add additional services (e.g. separate idle times). Afterwards, the invoice along with the order and delivery note can be sent to the client with a “click”. As soon as the invoice has been sent, you will receive the money in your account 24 hours later. We take care of the receipt of money from the client, the reminder of the invoice and also take the risk in case your client does not pay at all.
